Are you feeling disconnected, burnt out, overwhelmed and stressed? Are you ready to stop self sabotaging and beating yourself up? Are you ready to let go of what others think and let go of limiting beliefs?
I feel you and I hear you. I have been on my own roller coaster with self love and self worth and it can be really tough some days. We live in a world where there is so much influence on how we should be, or how we should look, or even how we should act and we need to stop.
We need to learn to come back to our hearts and see ourselves with love, see ourselves perfectly unique just as we are. I believe it’s a journey not a destination. Learning self love is letting go of stories we have created, letting go of judgment and letting go of not being enough. It’s learning to love yourself unconditionally and unapologetically. Learning that you are enough exactly as you are.

The Inner Child

Are you feeling disconnected from yourself?
Stressed, burnt out or overwhelmed? This is an inner child workshop, to learn to connect back with your inner child.
This workshop will re-unite you with with your inner child and back to a place of love, wander, joy, playfulness and creativity.
Inner child healing is one of the most profound healings that I have done and studied. To be able to connect back to a part of your soul you had lost is incredible. When we are born into this world, we are joyful, curious and filled with love. As we grow, we get influenced, rejected and shamed for certain parts of us that we are showing to the world.
Inner child healing is about connecting back to self, and falling back in love with the parts of us that have been lost. Learning to live life to our fullest.
Please bring a water bottle, pen and photo of yourself as a child. Also bring an open heart and pure intentions of love.

Narelle and Sharon feel you and hear you. We would like to invite you to reignite your soul with a magical afternoon, in a stunning location, as we gather together for our Soulful Circle.
We will tune into ourselves, and come back within and you will be guided to journal out what no longer serves your highest good and let go of anything that is holding you back from living an authentic life. We will open our hearts with some amazing ceremonial grade Cacao and you will then be guided into a beautiful meditation and sound journey. As you are in this space, you will also be receiving some magical Reiki healing infused with some essential oils.
You will be asked to relax your minds, open your hearts and release any toxic or negative emotions, all while being held in a calm and safe space.
You will leave feeling calm, have more clarity and feel completly reconnected to self.
